Erasmus supplemental terms and conditions for the Erasmus Coupon Promotion
These terms and conditions for the Erasmus Coupon Promotion are supplemental to the Airbnb Coupon Terms and Conditions, together the “Program Terms”. In the event of inconsistency between these Supplementary Terms and the Coupon Terms, these Supplemental Terms take precedence.
The following terms and conditions will apply to the use and redemption of the Erasmus Coupons which are available to eligible Erasmus students with a valid ESN card and who claim a qualifying coupon code.
How do the coupons work?
2500 single-use coupon codes are available to be redeemed on [any Airbnb [European] website] by eligible Erasmus students with a Valid ESN card. Each coupon will expire on 1st March 2023 (“Coupon End Date”). These coupons are single-use, meaning that you will not be entitled to use the same coupon on multiple bookings even if the value of the first booking is below the value of the coupon. To use a coupon, you must have an Airbnb account. If you don’t already have an Airbnb account, you can set one up at https://www.airbnb.com/signup_login.
ESN will provide each student with an ESNcard portal which will contain 500 Airbnb coupon numbers. Eligible Erasmus students can receive:
A €100 coupon to use towards stays of 30 days or over on Airbnb
A €175 coupon to use towards stays of 60 days or over on Airbnb
A €250 coupon to use towards stays of 90 days or over on Airbnb
[Only one coupon can be redeemed per student.] Coupons cannot be used for stays under 30 days or in conjunction with each other (so in stays over 30 days the student will only be entitled to use one coupon)
Coupons must be redeemed before the Coupon End Date but there is no time limit for stays. The Erasmus Coupon Promotion will end once the coupons are all redeemed.
Other information
ESN is the sole controller regarding the processing of all data obtained during the ESNcard process, and Airbnb only provides ESN with the coupon codes that are later awarded by ESN to eligible Erasmus students.
ESN has full control over the ESNcard issuance process and Airbnb has no control or responsibility over this.
Coupons are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and may not be applied retroactively or combined with any other coupon or discount code for Airbnb. If you apply the coupon to a booking that you subsequently cancel, any refund owed will not include the coupon amount. You are solely responsible for the correct conservation of the coupon and Airbnb is not responsible if the coupon is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Airbnb reserves the right and discretion to any remedy, including denial of the coupon or suspension of your account or bookings, if fraud, tampering, violations of Airbnb's Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. The laws and regulations in force in Ireland relating to contests and sweepstakes also apply to this Erasmus Coupon Promotion, as provided and granted by the relevant legislation. If you are acting as a consumer and if mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations in your country of residence contain provisions that are more beneficial for you, such provisions shall apply irrespective of the choice of Irish law. As a consumer, you may bring any judicial proceedings relating to these Program Terms before the competent court of your place of residence or the competent court of Airbnb's place of business in Ireland. If Airbnb wishes to enforce any of its rights against you as a consumer, we may do so only in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident. If you are acting as a business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Modification of these Program Terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airbnb may suspend, modify, or terminate the Erasmus Coupon Promotion if the safety, fairness, integrity, or proper performance of the Erasmus Coupon Promotion is at risk, taking care not to infringe on the rights of students taking part in this Erasmus Coupon Promotion and providing reasonable notice where possible. If anomalies are found in relation to the participation of a student in connection with the Erasmus Coupon Promotion, Airbnb reserves the right to conduct all necessary checks to verify the fairness and correctness of said participation.
