Terms & Conditions

1) The discount is valid for ESNcard holders, their families and friends, and can be obtained ONLY by showing a valid ESNcard at the reception desk, during the check-in procedure. In case the ESNcard is not showed during the check-in procedure, the discount will not be obtained and the full amount of the reservation will be paid.

2) The discount can be obtained ONLY for reservations made via phone or email. You can find Retroverse Hostel's info on the left side of this page. If the reservation is made by the Retroverse Hostel's website or a third-party organization, the discount cannot be obtained.

3) The discount is valid only for 4 persons per ESNcard. If a reservation is made for more than 4 persons, a second valid ESNcard should be shown on spot (again valid for 4 persons) in order to obtain the discount for everyone.
Examples:
For a reservation made for 1 to 4 people, at least 1 valid ESNcard must be shown.
For a reservation made for 5 to 8 people, at least 2 valid ESNcards must be shown.
For a reservation made for 9 to 12 people, at least 3 valid ESNcards must be shown etc.
The discount will be valid only for the maximum number of people that the ESNcard is covering.
