Fit & Joy is a premium fitness centre located in Bari that delivers a full spectrum of wellness and workout services. From its foundation by a seasoned former bodybuilder with over 30 years of experience, the gym has grown into a benchmark for the local fitness community. 

The facility spans around 1,200 m² and boasts state-of-the-art equipment, large and professional training areas, and a wide selection of group classes—from circuit training, Pilates, Muay Thai and Judo to tailored personal-training programmes. 

At Fit & Joy, you’ll be supported by a qualified team of instructors and personal trainers who ensure your workout is effective, safe and aligned with your goals (whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete).
