Criollo - Il bistrot del gelato
This activity is organized in collaboration with Criollo. Il Bistrot del Gelato and ESN Roma Tre and offers Erasmus students the opportunity to take part in hands-on Italian cooking classes.
During the experience, participants will learn how to prepare traditional Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, and other specialties, guided by experienced staff in a friendly and interactive environment. The activity is designed to introduce international students to Italian culinary culture, allowing them to discover recipes, cooking techniques, and ingredients typical of Italy while also socializing with other Erasmus students.
The participation fee is €20 per Erasmus student Il Bistrot del Gelato for hosting the cooking classes and providing the materials and ingredients..
This initiative aims to create a fun cultural and gastronomic experience, giving Erasmus students the chance to learn new skills, taste authentic Italian food, and share a memorable moment together.
