UFUGASSIN

"La liguria a torino "

Among the pearls of Italian gastronomy, Ligurian Fugassin represent a simple yet highly satisfying dish. Imagine a leavened dough, enriched with boiled potatoes in the mixture and then fried until it becomes irresistibly golden and crispy.

Originating from the areas of Loano and Finale Ligure, these small culinary treasures can be enjoyed in various ways: plain, filled with mixed cold cuts, grilled vegetables, or as sweet treats with Nutella or jam.

What makes them special? The potatoes in the dough make them soft and delicious even the next day.

In addition to Fugassin, at our venue in Via Po 27 in Turin, you can also enjoy other Ligurian and Piedmontese specialties: Panissa Ligure, fried polenta, stuffed focaccias, and our amazing first courses: Trofie with pesto (directly from Genoa) and Agnolotti with meat sauce (directly from Asti), all accompanied by excellent Piedmontese wines: Barbera and Chardonnay.
