Matej Šerer is a 31-year-old barista originally from Maribor, Slovenia, who has found a new home in Split, Croatia. His journey in the world of coffee began in 2015 when he started washing dishes at one of the busiest coffee shops in Maribor. Less than a year later, Matej had worked his way up to becoming a barista, igniting a passion for coffee that has taken him to various places and countries.

Today, Matej is the proud owner of one of Split's premier destinations for specialty coffee, a shop that has quickly gained a reputation despite being open for only a month. His dedication and love for coffee shine through in every cup, making his shop a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts.
