a. The card can only be used in person when you order in person at one of their two locations. The card has to be shown to the staff before placing the order. 

When is it available?
a. After purchasing and activating your ESN Card, the card can be used right away to get your 15% discount. The card cannot be used for ordering online, but the discount is applicable for both dine in and take away.
