Our student residences aim to transform students' lives by offering a place where they can live with all the necessary comforts and high quality. In our residences, you will find multifunctional common areas designed to encourage socializing, studying, sports, personal growth, and at the same time relaxation, privacy, and fun.
In our two buildings, at Corso Novara 59 and Via Tollegno 22, we offer 300 rooms and 331 beds with various types of rooms to meet your every need. Single, double, and apartments, with and without private kitchens, are just some of the options available. Each room is fully furnished, with a refrigerator, microwave, en suite bathroom, study area, and bed.

Our services include: shared kitchen, gym & sports area, games area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relaxation area, laundry room, multimedia area, large internal courtyard equipped with BBQ, bike parking, an extraordinary terrace with basketball court, events, and an internal café & restaurant.
In addition to comfort and quality services, the RELIFE Foundation offers our guests a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial training with a social impact through numerous projects. You will find an international and inclusive environment, based on a responsible and sustainable lifestyle, to create a network of opportunities and experiences, including through a Social Incubator. In addition, thanks to staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will have a team of professionals always ready to support you.
