Pizzeria Lo Staglio

The pizza's main style is to be of high quality and digestible, what sets them apart is the possibility to choose how the pizza is made. The three options are, the Normale (thin pizza thick crust), the ruota di carretta (slightly bigger and with a thin crust), and the Cornicione ripieno (like the normale but the crust is stuffed with ricotta).
