Livensa Living Porto Campus offers 3 room types: Twin studio, Individual studio, and Individual studio with terrace. All have private kitchen, en suite bathroom, and work station.​

All rooms are fully fitted and equipped and rent includes individual air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, weekly cleaning and linen change optional.​

Rent includes all essentials (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and full access to all communal spaces.

• Individual Studio: from 523€/month;
• Twin studio single usage: from 428€/month;
• Shared twin from: from 323€/month;

The discounts include:

• 30% discount on the booking fee
• Free ESNcard, which costs 15€

Minimum one-month stay.

In order to access the discount, send an email to [email protected], mentioning your intention to rent a room with Livensa Living, alongside your ESNcard number! On the booking form that will be delivered to you, mention ESN Porto again as the referenced partner. After your check-in, you have to present your ESNcard to Livensa Living staff in order to receive back the money that you paid for the card (15€). 

They also have a cancellation policy that guarantees the return of the payments, if you have the necessary documents to prove it, in the following situations:

• If you cannot enter a university in Porto
• If you cannot enter college
• If you cannot get a student visa
• If there are travel restrictions from your country to Portugal (this does not include mandatory quarantine)
