Freeky
Freeky is a social and cultural project based in Milan, created in partnership with Community Led Darsena Development. Located at Alzaia Naviglio Pavese 10, it serves as an open, evolving space for networking, research, and local development. The focus is on community participation, creativity, and informal learning, especially around the Darsena and Navigli areas.
Since May 2024, Freeky has launched a placemaking project to strengthen the connection between students, the local community, and the area. It offers permanent discounts to university students and exchange program participants to encourage intercultural dialogue and build social and professional networks.
As part of this initiative, the organization also hosts a weekly event called “Erasmus Hotspot Navigli”, held every Friday. This event is designed as a regular social gathering for Erasmus students and other participants in student mobility programs, fostering integration, new friendships, and cultural exchange in a relaxed and vibrant setting.
Freeky is a flexible and inclusive lab where people help shape its identity through shared experiences and active collaboration.
