Bire is the Udine Brewery! They produce their own craft beer but also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can find food inspired from Austrian, German and Hungarian tradition (schnitzel, goulasch,...) but also gourmet burgers and salads. The most special aspect of Bire is that on Wednesday nights you can enjoy the “mercoledì universitario” with your friends: that is the perfect place to meet new university students.
