BODY WORLDS (Körperwelten)
Whether it's great love, a carefree life or true friendship...we encounter happiness in various ways, but still never quite by accident.
When do we feel happiness? What happens to our body? Why can't we keep it forever? Plastinator Dr. Gunther von Hagens and curator Dr. Angelina Whalley pursue these and other questions in the newly designed BODY WORLDS museum in Heidelberg. The permanent exhibition is not only devoted to human anatomy, its organ functions and questions about health, but also the Anatomy of Happiness. Around 200 unique exhibits and accompanying interactive stations, where YOU can get on track to your happiness, reveal the wonderful complexity of your inner body and will inspire your sensibility to your own body and happiness.
ESNcard holders benefit from a 2for1 offer: 2 Erasmus students can visit the museum for the price of 1 ticket. Only available at the museum's box office upon presentation of the valid ESNcards.
